In brief
Send the project destination, item schedule, quantities, installation drawings and required approval documents. Identify who approves substitutions and which evidence is needed before a model can be accepted for the project.
Issue a controlled schedule
Use one line per item and location type. Include quantity, installation, dimensions, interface points, accessories and required documents.
Freeze the approval reference
Record the approved model, revision, sample status and any accepted deviation. Later inspection should compare against that same reference.
Coordinate site interfaces
Confirm plumbing points, clearances and service access with the project team. Product selection cannot replace local design responsibility.
