Your enquiry form
The form asks for your destination market and product category. Your name, company, buyer type, quantities and requirements are optional. The form prepares a message in your browser; it does not submit these fields to a website database or an email inbox. The website does not save the form in cookies or browser local storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill or form-restoration features.
Opening WhatsApp
Clicking Open WhatsApp passes the prepared text to WhatsApp through a link. This may appear in your browser history and is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. You must press Send in WhatsApp before the message is sent to our business. Once you send an enquiry, we receive the message and the contact or profile information WhatsApp makes available so that we can respond to your sourcing request. This website does not store your WhatsApp conversation.
Website hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and requested URL, may be processed to serve pages, operate the network and protect the service. This is separate from enquiry form content, which is not submitted to our website server. Cloudflare describes its processing in its own privacy policy.
Cookies and measurement
The website currently has no advertising pixels or configured third-party audience analytics. It does not set cookies to remember enquiry form entries. Hosting and security services may process technical data independently. If website measurement or enquiry storage changes, this notice should be updated to describe the new handling.
What to share
Share only the business and product details needed to discuss your enquiry. Do not include identity documents, payment credentials or sensitive personal information in the form. Send any necessary drawings or product references directly in your WhatsApp conversation after checking their contents.
Privacy questions and requests
Use the WhatsApp link on our Contact page to ask about information you have shared with Quality Sanitary Ware, or to request correction or deletion. Tell us which conversation or information your request concerns. Requests about data held by WhatsApp or Cloudflare may also need to be made to those providers. This notice covers the website and enquiry handoff; it is not a promise that external providers or business communications have no data retention.
