In brief
Start with required quantities by model, then use confirmed carton dimensions, weights and packing restrictions to evaluate the mix. Separate theoretical volume from an approved loading plan and identify which lines can change.
Set the commercial priority
Mark each line as core, optional or fill. Protect must-have quantities before using remaining volume for secondary items.
Use verified packing information
Collect carton dimensions, gross weight, units per carton, fragility constraints and loading orientation for the selected models.
Review the loading plan
Check volume, weight, line count, unloading sequence and packing-list clarity. A theoretical cube calculation is not a loading guarantee.
